Monday, March 19, 2018. Cobblers in the Woods! Sister Jana hosted the Cobblers this past weekend in the woods! It was a great time as always! With fun, food and friends! Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Oh such a long time ago I participated with Karen, of Farmhouse Woolens, in Wool Garden BOM! It has been a flimsy for awhile now and I am working on getting it quilted. I am going to cross-hatch the background and hand quilting around the wool border. I have also been working on a few posts about my activities last year. I have many pictures and have unsuccessfully been trying to learn SmileBox.

Thursday, March 29, 2018. Taken from the front porch a few weeks ago, this photo shows most of the front briar patch. Last year, it grew higher than the fence. Recent rain, cold, and damp days allowed safe burning. I began by placing damp, flattened cardboard boxes on top to bend the briar stems over, pouring on 4 big bins of leaves. Leaves burn very hot igniting the cardboard. And an oven-like incinerating tunnel formed under the cardboard. Which took out a large percentage of the dry and green brush.

Not a lot going on here. Made a couple of doll dresses. Here is a video of our CHRISTmas house. Lots of pictures 2017 CHRISTmas. Tractor gift from son and his family. They bought it and the nativity in Poland. Cloth garland made by our oldest daughter when she was in grade school.
